IPaidABribe is a platform to understand the system that breeds corruption and thereby working to change this system. It is Janaagraha�s unique initiative to tackle corruption by harnessing the collective energy of citizens. Janaagraha is a Bangalore based not-for-profit organisation that works with citizens and government to change the quality of life in India�s cities and towns.

As a true Indian we all know and agree that bribe is biggest problem of our country and still everyone among us bribed once or more for various reasons. Here is a chance to share your stories and to report on the nature, number, pattern, types, location, frequency and values of actual corrupt acts on this website.

Many a times it may happen that you are prepared to pay a bribe but for your surprise your work done without a penny of a bribe. Share such good stories also.

And how this initiative will help the society:
Janaagraha will analyse and make a cumulative report based on city, department, kind of corruption, various other parameters and with this report it will argue with the concerned authority for improving governance systems and procedures, tightening law enforcement and regulation and thereby reduce the scope for corruption in obtaining services from the government.

I believe it will be more align to youg generation if it's connected with Social networking websites like Facebook or Twitter, So a user or reader can share stories quickly and it will reach many a concerned/interested/like minded people in very short duration.

SaveOurTigers is an initiative by WWF India and Aircel to spread the word about depleting number of national animal of India i.e. Tiger.

From around 40,000 tigers at the turn of the last century, there are just 1411 tigers left in India as per 2008 figure. We lost 86 tigers in 2009 and if we don't act now we will lose more.

Check out the videos from various icons who are making awareness about reducing number of tigers in India. It provides the list of Tiger reserves in India and also provides important information on what you can do for this cause.
